Horatio Monroe is a singer-songwriter from California who started out at open mics before playing local venues, and wineries. Driven by his passion for music, he packed his car and drove to Tennessee to chase his dream.

Now based in Knoxville, he’s formed a band with Katie Adams on upright bass, and Nathan Whiteley on percussion, blending soulful vocals with pop, folk, and country influences.

Horatio has performed live on the WDVX Blue Plate Special, with his group on Living East Tennessee, and is currently gearing up for the Dogwood Arts Festival.
